Grade:

  • YG6 (WC: 94%, Co: 6%): It has high wear resistance and good strength and toughness. Hardness special shape. When the metal is pulled through the die hole, the size becomes smaller and even the shape changes. The core of the hard alloy wire drawing die is generally tungsten cobalt hard alloy. Not less than 89.5HRC, suitable for non-ferrous metals or wire drawing rods of various specifications.
  • YG6X (WC: 94%, Co: 6%): It is the hardest and lowest strength of the tungsten-cobalt alloy, Wear resistance is the best, but toughness is the worst. Hardness not less than 92HRC, suitable for drawing wire of thin gauge wire (preferably below 0.6mm) with a diameter of 20mmMPa, the hardness of nonferrous metals and their alloy wires.
  • YG8 (WC: 92%, Co: 8%): Has higher toughness and impact resistance than YG6, but its wear resistance and hardness are worse than YG6, and its hardness is not less than 89HRC. It is suitable for wire rod and pipe drawing die ( The diameter is less than 50mm).
  • YG10: The strength is 2400MPa, the hardness is not less than 88.5HRA, it is used to make wire drawing dies for drawing steel and non-ferrous metal round bars and pipes.
  • YG15: The strength is 2800 and not less than 87HRA. It is used to make steel rods and pipes with high shrinkage.
