The production process of cemented carbide ball is similar to that of other cemented carbide products, mainly including pulverizing → formula according to the use requirements → wet grinding → mixing → crushing → drying → screening → adding molding agent later → re drying → screening to make mixture → granulation → cold isostatic pressing → molding (blank) → sintering → molding (finished) → packaging → warehousing. According to the specific requirements and related parameters, there are mainly cemented carbide ball, tungsten steel ball, tungsten ball, high specific gravity alloy ball and other cemented carbide spherical products. The smallest carbide ball can be about 0.3 in diameter.
