Cemented carbide ball: commonly known as tungsten steel ball, it refers to the ball and ball made of cemented carbide. Cemented carbide ball has high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, bending resistance, and bad service environment. It can replace all steel ball products with good wear resistance, and its wear resistance is tens to hundreds of times that of steel ball.

It is a powder metallurgy product sintered in vacuum furnace or hydrogen reduction furnace with high hardness refractory metal carbide (WC, TIC) micron powder as main component and cobalt (Co) or nickel (Ni), molybdenum (Mo) as binder.

Tungsten carbide ball

Carbide ball mainly includes a blank ball, fine grinding ball, punching ball, bearing ball, valve ball, non-magnetic ball, Monel ball, through-hole ball, metering ball, scraping ball, and pen head ball.

Cemented carbide ball has high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, bending resistance and a bad service environment. It can replace all steel ball products. The hardness of cemented carbide ball is more than 90.5, and the density is 14.9g/cm³.

The production process of cemented carbide ball is similar to that of other cemented carbide products, mainly including pulverizing → formula according to the use requirements → wet grinding → mixing → crushing → drying → screening → adding molding agent later → re drying → screening to make mixture → granulation → cold isostatic pressing → molding (blank) → sintering → molding (finished) → packaging → warehousing. According to the specific requirements and related parameters, there are mainly cemented carbide ball, tungsten steel ball, tungsten ball, high specific gravity alloy ball and other cemented carbide spherical products. The smallest carbide ball can be about 0.3 in diameter.
