Tungsten Carbide Balls
Cemented carbide ball, commonly known as tungsten steel ball, it refers to the ball and ball made of cemented carbide. Cemented carbide ball has high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, bending resistance, and bad service environment. It can replace all steel ball products with good wear resistance, and its wear resistance is tens to hundreds of times that of steel ball, It is a powder metallurgy product sintered in vacuum furnace or hydrogen reduction furnace with high hardness refractory metal carbide (WC, TIC) micron powder as main component and cobalt (Co) or nickel (Ni), molybdenum (Mo) as binder.
We provide carbide ball mainly includes a blank ball, fine grinding ball, punching ball, bearing ball, valve ball, non-magnetic ball, Monel ball, through-hole ball, metering ball, scraping ball, and pen head ball.
Cemented carbide ball has high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, bending resistance and a bad service environment. It can replace all steel ball products. The hardness of cemented carbide ball is more than 90.5, and the density is 14.9g/cm³.
- High hardness, hardness ≥ HRA91.
- Good wear resistance, service life is dozens of times of ordinary steel ball.
- High-temperature resistance, high hardness, and other mechanical properties can be maintained at 1000 ℃.
- Corrosion resistance.
